Second thoughts about Doc Martin clip

From watching the clip for a second time I noticed that the episode did contain some mild adult humour so probably isn't suitable for anyone too young. The clip is about a Doctor who has recently moved to a small town and doesn't really fit in. This is shown through the other characters reaction to him as he storms through the village. I would make a guess that the town is quite remote by the way that everyone seems to know each other and be on each others doorsteps. From watching the clip again I still think this would appeal to me and I would like to watch the full episode.
